EFFIROL Boilers are a unique design membrane water wall type boiler combining the advantages of water tube & smoke tube designs. Total boiler is of Five pass combination of Fire Tube (Shell) and water Tube construction.

Shell
The boiler COMBIROL shell is designed with Optimum tube diameters and maintains good water up to achieve smooth functioning of Boiler. A larger Steam/Water interface area and higher free board are provided, ensuring better steam Quality.

Furnace – Water Wall System
The Furnace envelope shall be 3 pass constructed of fully water-cooled membrane/fin welded walls and adequately supported. The construction shall be fully gas pressure tight, with welded corners. Necessary provisions shall be made in the furnace for admitting the required quantity of over-fire air at a level.

The furnace EPRS shall be so selected to give acceptable furnace outlet temperatures, not exceeding 900°C, while firing the fuels or any combination of the other fuels. The furnace design shall incorporate necessary manholes and openings in the lower area of Furnace.

An adequate number of inlet and outlet headers, with the necessary stubs, commensurate with the arrangement of the furnace shall be provided. The downcomers, supply pipes and relief tube sizing shall be based on the circulation calculations.

Boiler arrangement
This COMBIROL model is designed with Shell 2 pass and Water wall, Lower Module consisting of Inbed coil and Air box Combustion system.

BDL Series boiler shall be provided with one steam and one water drum and the drums shall be of fusion-welded type. Both the drums shall be provided with Semi-Ellipsoidal dished ends fitted with man-ways on both the ends. The manway doors shall be arranged to open inwards. The drum shell, dished ends and the man way doors shall conform to SA 515 Gr. 70 / SA 516 Gr. 70 or equivalent material specifications. The system of internals consisting of the Screen Box, shall ensure steam of the highest purity at all loads of the boiler. The Furnace envelope shall be constructed of fully water-cooled membrane / fin welded walls and adequately supported. The construction shall be fully gas pressure tight, with welded corners, and the furnace shall be strengthened by providing a buckstay and tie-bar system. The boiler bank shall be of inline arrangement.

Effitherm Series Thermic fluid heaters, are modern 4 pass design heat exchanger heaters with the consistent Heat output and accurate temperature. Convective and Radiative Coils design with optimum flow consideration to gain maximum heat from flue gas. Package Coal/Biomass fired thermic fluid heaters are also available under Effitherm Series.

Combirol Boiler, is available in capacities from 04 TPH to 30 TPH.
